NRRAR works to make it easy to receive notice of your membership dues by providing timely information on our website NRRAR.com, direct member emails, and publishing information in the NNRAR e-newsletter. Failure to receive notification does not relieve you of the requirement to meet the dues deadlines. If you have any questions, please contact our Membership Services Director.

Annual dues for membership are non-refundable.
Dues can be paid through your Member Portal Here with a Credit or Debit Card, an easy and secure transaction.
Most of your membership dues can be deducted as a business expense. The portion that is non-deductible related to lobbying expenses at the local, state and national levels will be listed at the bottom of your membership dues invoice. Save a copy of your invoice for your records.

MLS Billing:
MLS billing is sent quarterly.
MLS quarterly invoices are billed to the Broker-in-Charge of the firm.
All IDX/VOW Fees are charged to the firm within the quarterly and/or annual billing.
IDX: $250.00 Set-Up fee and $100.00 Annual fee for each feed.
VOW: $250.00 Set-Up fee and $165.00 Annual fee for each feed.
IDX/VOW Firm Fee(s) Approval Form
Completed IDX or VOW forms MUST be emailed to NRRAR staff for set-up completion.
